Kevin R. Kelleher

Kevin Kelleher is one of the firm's labor and employment attorneys. Kevin represents employees against former employers in civil litigation and unemployment appeals. He focuses his practice in protecting workers from employers who mistreat and fail to adequately compensate their employees. Kevin believes workers' rights are critical to ensure safe workplaces, a prosperous economy, and a functional workforce.
For litigation, Kevin represents employees in cases alleging wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, workplace retaliation, workplace harassment, failure to pay minimum wage, failure to pay overtime, failure to reasonably accommodate disabilities, and Family and Medical Leave Act noncompliance. Kevin also provides assistance for people who find themselves fighting for unemployment benefits against the State of Ohio or their former employers.
Kevin attended The Ohio State University, where he received a bachelor of arts. He received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with his family.
