The Key to Customer Service

What does it mean for a business to have customer service? Do customers want the fancy television to watch in the waiting room, do they want magazines, or do they simply just want to be treated well?

If I go into a doctors office or a business and must wait, sure it is nice to have a television to watch home improvement. However, if the receptionist is obviously just there to get the paycheck or tell you where to go, it just does not feel very welcoming.

Customer service is key to have a booming business. If I went to an attorney and received the compensation I needed, but could never talk to them, or if I were passed along to voicemail every time I had a question, I would get frustrated.

Here at Willis Spangler Starling we strive to have great customer service. We welcome you into our office with a hello, how are you, and would you like some coffee or water. Right when you call in, you are greeted and then transferred to your designated attorney or paralegal.
