Britton is a Social Security Disability Attorney at Willis Spangler Associates. She attended Marshall University, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a Minor in Political Science in 2000. Britton then attended Capital University Law School, where she was a member of the Order of the Curia, President of the Women’s Law Association of Capital University, and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Adoption Law. She received her J.D. in 2003.

Britton’s interest in practicing Social Security law began when she successfully helped her uncle receive Social Security benefits. She’s now been practicing in this area for most of her career. Britton is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives and a past chair of the Social Security Disability committee of the Columbus Bar Association.

Britton enjoys helping clients meet their basic needs for income and medical care by working to secure their approved benefits. Britton has developed the expertise to help guide her clients through the complex Social Security Administration appeals process and meets every client with compassion and understanding.

Britton is originally from Huntington, West Virginia. She loves spending time with her family and attending performances, especially musical theatre.
