Colton Milam

Attorney

Colton is an Employment Law Attorney at Willis Spangler Associates. After graduating from Washington State University, Colton attended The Ohio State Michael E. Moritz College of Law, earning his J.D. in 2024. Colton was drawn to this field because lawyers require a versatile and unique skillset that applies far beyond the courtroom, and because he is committed to helping others, whether they are navigating the judicial process or facing everyday challenges.

As a law student, Colton worked as the co-chief note and comment editor for The Ohio State Business Law Journal, as well as a research assistant. He also served as a volunteer board member for the Bexley Education Foundation, where he assisted in fundraising efforts to support new and enriching learning opportunities for local students. Now, Colton is a proud member of both the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.

In his spare time, Colton loves golfing with his friends, playing the drums, and traveling. As the youngest of four, he also enjoys visiting his family back in Washington.
