Patrick Warner received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio where he was a member of the Order of the Curia. While attending law school, Patrick was the recipient of an academic performance-based scholarship, multiple American Jurisprudence Awards and top honors in Civil Procedure and Products Liability. 

Prior to joining Willis Spangler Starling, Patrick was a Partner and an Associate Attorney at several prominent law firms. He concentrated his practice in personal injury, complex class actions, securities arbitrations, and shareholder derivative litigation. Patrick participated as class counsel in a wide variety of complex litigation including cases involving severely injured persons and millions of consumers. Patrick has appeared on CNN, local news media, and has recovered over a hundred million dollars for injured parties during his career as an attorney. He has been part of the lead counsel that settled cases which resulted in the recovery of over $80 million for injured parties. 

Patrick chose this field to help the “little guy”. He prides himself on getting justice for injured parties and how hard he and his team work to obtain the best possible result for people who suffer a personal injury. A lot of work goes into personal injury cases in the modern era and Patrick and his team refuse to take shortcuts when it comes to obtaining justice for clients. 



In his free time, Patrick enjoys golfing with his children.
