Paul Filippelli is an Attorney on our Labor and Employment team. He stands up for workers who have faced discrimination, harassment, FMLA violations, wrongful termination, wage theft, and other abusive conduct from their employers.

Paul has always been a strong believer in workers’ rights and civil rights. He went to law school for the purpose of standing up against big and powerful interests who are mistreating people who too often feel powerless. Workers need to have someone on their side who will fight hard for them because big companies with money and power will try to get away by taking their employees’ rights. When clients come to us feeling helpless, Paul loves when he can stand up for them and make their former employer pay, especially when employers change their behavior after paying.

He wishes every client knew that there is no company too big or too powerful for us to take on. We are not afraid of them, and we will fight hard for our clients.

Paul currently has four cats, Harry, Hermione, Dobby, and Kreacher, which he adores.
